The Process

Design and Estimate:

The Curb Creator will come out and give you a free estimate. We will meet with you and take the time to discuss your landscape border needs and desires. We will offer our input to any design problems that could arise and work out solutions to your satisfaction. There are several styles and designs to choose from, not to mention several color choices. We will layout and then measure how much curb you need and give you a written estimate and a proposed installation date.

Installation Day:

On the day your curb will be installed, we will arrive at your home with all of our equipment and materials to mix all of the concrete needed for your border. For curbing to look its best, we must properly prepare the foundation. We will begin by preparing a ten-inch wide trench and leveling this area to receive the curb. Because we want your new curbing to enhance your yard as soon as it is installed, we are very careful not to disturb your existing landscape.

Once all of the preparation work has been completed, we start extruding your curb using the highest quality materials and equipment. We add Fibermesh to every batch of concrete to significantly increase the integrity of the concrete. The curbing is then extruded as one continuous run of concrete and is hand trowelled to give the smoothest possible finish. Control joints are then hand cut approximately three to four feet apart to help control any cracking that may occur.

Once the curbing is installed and finished, we will use a measuring wheel to get an accurate measurement. An invoice is then written and submitted to the customer for immediate payment. Cash, personal checks, MasterCard and Visa are the accepted methods of payment.
